Visitor Experience Heritage Skills Passport
The Visitor Experience Heritage Skills Passport was written for the second cohort of trainees.
Andy Beer, Head of Learning, put together the skills areas and units which he felt best reflected the latest thinking in the National Trust.
Jill Hutchinson, people development specialist; Joanne Hudson, visitor experience manager, South Lakes, and Vicki Povall, talent development manager, put together the skills which they felt best reflected what would happen in a property, based on the work of Andy Beer.
Stan Lester wrote the skills as learning outcomes and assessment criteria for levels 1, 2 and 3.
