The number of applicants invited to the second round interview was down to the property, but generally between four and six candidates was an ideal number.
If the interview was a barrier for certain people, they could to bring a companion to support them.
Once offers of traineeships were accepted, unsuccessful candidates were informed and offered constructive feedback if they wanted it, to support future interview situations.
It is the Trust’s desire that anyone attending for interview is left feeling satisfied that they have been fairly and professionally treated.
